I had a week reservation. The first night the room next door got raided by the police. When I tried getting my money back the next morning, the non english speaking clerk did not know how to do a refund, they rebilled me instead. The manager had to fix it! The credit takes 4-7 days to clear. hopefully the manager knows what they where doing. Poor training, poor quality and bad section of town- Not recommended to anyone! more
