My very favorite thing about this hotel was the pillows, which are so good that we bought them. They are National Sleep Products Conformance Supreme Down Alternative pillows. Stayed for 2 nights in the crowne plaza. The hotel is good but offers not much "ambiance": comfortable beds, good showers but the airco was rather noisy so we had to turn it off. CP is a bit North of the main attractions in downtown, so a long walk or "free" shuttle ride by the friendly CP staff are the options.
