Stayed at this hotel on a coach trip . The village of Portpatrick is very picturesque, an ideal getaway . The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, with a variety of starters and main courses which were different every night. It was served by friendly staff and very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend it. more

We stayed at this hotel from the 29th feb till the 3rd March, the hotel is looking tierd but is very clean, we found the staff to be nice friendly and good at there jobs. Meals were nice all hot the selection was nice and differant each night. My only complaint would be service to be to quick between courses.... more

4 of us (ages 3@ 50 1 @ 60) stayed in March 2006 for 4 nights on an all inclusive short break. Staff very helpful and obliging. Meals excellent, a great variety at dinner. A small packed lunch was also available (free). All drinks were included in the evening from 6 til 11. Very good service in bar. Nightly entertainment... more

I booked this hotel as a cheap short break away. On arrival at hotel it looked very dated and in need of refurbishment. Reception staff were quick but impersonal. We were given a room on the 1st floor that although basic was clean. however previoulsy must of been a smoking room as it was heavily stained and smelled of smoke.... more
