It always started bad: coming from the west highland way (whw), we saw the sign and than the track to the B&B, but we found not possibilities to ford the river... On our 10 day trip along the West Highland Way the best accomodation bar none. Andy and Ellen did everything (and a bit more) to make weary walkers feel at home. From a hot pot of tea at arrival, the very handy drying room to the transfer services along the way. Plus a cat and chicken running around the house... more
