I stayed at the guest house while walking the Trossachs Trail. At the end of a long day I found the welcome to be very friendly, the room very comfortable; clean with wonderful facilities and a fantastic full scottish breakfast in the morning. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or obliging in any way. The location of the... More

Even though arriving very late (after 9.30 pm), Vic gave us a very warm welcome. Our nice room right under the roof was tidy and we felt very comfortable. The clean bathroom with the spacious shower and the towel heater further added to our good impression. In the morning, we enjoyed Sue's delicious and freshly prepared breakfasts. Don't miss their... On arrival our first impression was of that some public areas were in need of some TLC ie paintwork etc. There was an odour of domestic animals in the entrance hall. The bathroom appeared "grey" not properly cleaned and there were large cobwebs in the bedroom corners. From a previous submission there appears that little improvement has taken place in this field.Another... More

Really nice guest house, with great hosts. Nice and clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. Certainly will be coming back again. More

We stayed at this hotel for one night during September 2010. Killin is an amazing town, sadly this B&B is not. The B&B is in a pretty good location in the town and the owners are friendly and helpful. Our twin room was a decent size but the toilet was very cramped and did not seem to have been cleaned... We had just one night but a comfortable stay at Craigbuie on a cycling holiday. The rooms were lovely. The hotel is located right on the main street through town. It was not too noisy for us and easy to find. We appreciated the variations available for breakfast and the food was good. More

This was our second visit to Craigbuie and on both occasions we had the most fantastic time. We had travel problems this year and did not arrive at the guest house until 10.30 p.m. but Vic and Sue gave us a fantastic welcome. The room was excellent with a lovely view. Everything was provided that you could possibly need. Breakfast... More

We stayed here for two nights during a driving holiday of Scotland. The owners were friendly and helpful and have done a lot of work in providing information for their guests e.g. local eatery guides and menus, upcoming weather forecasts, local history etc. The pearl barley kedgeree is highly recommended. Killin itself is a very pretty village, (shut your eyes... More

We were in Killin to get married. Relatives flew in from all over the world and Vic & Sue were outstanding, even entertaining late night visitors with jet lag! I have stayed an many 5 star hotels in my travels...but nothing can equal this particular hotel. If you ask anything of these 2, have no fear..it will be done. My... More

I was sorry that the reviewer had to report the facts incorrectly. They did turn up early and despite this we did let them in to the room. I was unable to see them to ask them to park the car considerately despite the signe asking them to park at right angels to the house so left a note requesting... More
