I have stayed here a few times now and i really don't want to say too much about it. Soem find it a littel delapidated some find it charming. Just to say the staff and the food make it for me. It has always been good value. I am sure I will stay again someday. more

we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights whilst we went walking different ben's, we arrived on friday evening and the room was rather small... the bathroom was the size of a traditional phone box... no sink in bathroom, only in bedroom... the bed was clean though even though it sloped on the left hand side... so for me overall... more

Like the title says, the hotel is in a great location right on the riverbank with great views all round. Being a small village in the central highlands it's nice and quiet too. The Killin hotel is an old building but it has character and the room we had was very clean but a bit on the small side. I went to the killin hotel with a large group for a murder mystery dinner and although i had a really enjoyable weekend, the hotel is in need of some modernisation. Its very basic, however the staff are very friendly and make up for the basic vut clean rooms. more
