8 of us stayed two nights here. Nice friendly folk, with excellent food, and our room good. Weather not so good, but hey, didn't need to go out, very comfortable indoors. More

The attitude of the barman when we arrived was appalling. He made it clear we weren't welcome, and that we shouldn't expect to eat at the pub, even though that wasn't our intention and hadn't said so. The room was cramped, uncomfortable, basic and there was no hot water. There was a tv on in the room next to ours,... More

I stayed here for a night with my fiance and we had a great time. The owner was lovely and literally couldn't do enough to help. Most of the staff were foreign but were also great. They have a nice wee rustic bar with a good selection of beers: Carlsberg, Stella, Best and various real ales that were lovely. We... More

First the good-the view from our room (number 5) is wonderful, you could sit all day and watch the water tumbling over the falls, the breakfast is really filling and freshly made (particularly the porridge), the staff were all very pleasant and chatty. Next the bad-our room had a frightingly sloping floor, it was never meant to be a double... More

Where do I begin? Excellent location, outstanding food and staff who are willing to go that extra mile. On requesting an iron, a member of staff took my partner's shirt, ironed it and delivered it to our room because it was 'easier than us doing it ourselves'!. Room was gorgeous with great view over the falls. Perfect position for hillwalking... More

We had booked a twin room for one night. We were shown to a back room with twin beds and also bunk beds. Space was at a premium. A convector heater had been switched on before our arrival. Bathroom had been recently refurbished with both walls and floor tiled in black/grey - so very dark and very cold. There was... More

I stayed here on a very rainy grey Scottish summers day. The weather I'm pleased to say did not spoil our stay. The inn sits right on the edge of the Falls of Dochart which are stunning. The inn is very oldy Worldy in appearance all stone built with log fires and the usual brass fitting, kettles, horseshoes etc you... More

Thankfully we didn't stay in this hotel. We stayed in our 5 star motorhome where the service is excellent. After arriving in Killin for a 2 night stay. We deceided to walk along to the hotel and have a drink and admire the gorgeous view of the Falls of Dochart. There was a queue at the bar with one very... More
