The attitude of the barman when we arrived was appalling. He made it clear we weren't welcome, and that we shouldn't expect to eat at the pub, even though that wasn't our intention and hadn't said so. The room was cramped, uncomfortable, basic and there was no hot water. There was a tv on in the room next to ours,...

I stayed here for a night with my fiance and we had a great time. The owner was lovely and literally couldn't do enough to help. Most of the staff were foreign but were also great.
They have a nice wee rustic bar with a good selection of beers:
Carlsberg, Stella, Best and various real ales that were lovely.

Room was gorgeous with great view over the falls. Perfect position for hillwalking...

Thankfully we didn't stay in this hotel. We stayed in our 5 star motorhome where the service is excellent. After arriving in Killin for a 2 night stay. We deceided to walk along to the hotel and have a drink and admire the gorgeous view of the Falls of Dochart. There was a queue at the bar with one very...
