Rather late in reviewing, but I'm currently planning a getaway for my boyfriend and myself and I keep thinking to myself "I hope it's as good as Bramblewood" This was were we stayed for our first holiday together, to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was spectacular! John and Rosemary are delightful and John's eggs are to die for. They... More

Great little find. This is a little way out of the centre of Drymen but only about a 5 minute easy walk. We stayed here for one night during our walk of the west highland way. It was one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. It was like stepping into a 5 star hotel room but with more... More

We stayed here on our first night of walking the West Highland Way. Arriving early in Drymen, we were disappointed to find we really did have to wait until 4pm for check in - we arrived at 10 to find no-one at home - the landlady arrived at 5 to - but the room was worth waiting for, big, furnished... Stopped here at the end of first day's walking on the West Highland Way. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our room which was downstairs. The room was well appointed and flawlessly clean. The only criticism was that there were people staying in the room above and the floors creaked and you could hear them coughing etc.... More

Very nice accomodations with patio. Very private, clean and with great breakfast. Helpful hosts with suggestions for attractions and restaurants in the area. There was a nice parking area. Would definitely stay there again. More

This is a first class B&B. Hosts John and Rosemary are very freindly and are more than happy to offer advise on local amenities, along with their supurb service. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed with good en-suite facilities. The breakfast was very good be it either the 'full' cooked breakfast or the continental meats... More

Second stop on our West Highland Way trip with a fantastic stay at Bramblewood B&B. Have a look at their website for some fab pictures of this beautifull cottage hidden in the woods: friendly welcome, very spacious and tidy room and excellent breakfast. Just a 10 minutes walk away from Drymen center, following Balmaha Road. More

An excellent place to stay one night doing the WHW. We started our second day with a wonderful breakfast. But this will also be a place to stay for more than one day. More

A really lovely, peaceful place to stay. Helpful and friendly owners with plenty of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Great location not far from Loch Lomond. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of drymen. Great base for surrounding area or just if passing through. Only disappointment - we were only staying for one night! Thank you... More
