Friendly staff and good food. Rooms clean and spacious. Value for money all round. Well located for Loch Lomond. Restaurant and bar very welcoming. I have stayed many times and always received the same excellent service.

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in room 42 on the 14 and 15th March. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food very good and had a lovely evening meal. Would recommend this hotel. End of first day on the West Highland Way and the spa -- swimming pool, steam room and sauna -- is a bonus for walkers, in a hotel offering great accommodation at a reasonable price. Hotel restaurant is pricier, but again worth it after a day;s walking. HIghly recommended -- to walkers and others exploring this part of Scotland.

Stayed here for two nights whilst working in nearby Alexandria. This is a great hotel in a very peaceful part of the world. The room was very clean and nicely furnished if a little dated. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable and welcoming. I didn't have time to try the leisure facilities but they seemed very well used.... More

Stayed here one night on business, good, friendly check-in, ample size room, clean and all usual frills. Free leisure facilities including pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room, all good and free to use for residents, steam room wasn't working but no great shakes, dined in the resturant, starter and main course were good quality and presented well and prices... Arrived just as a coach party were entering hotel, but staff made time to book us in, offering help with bags etc. Room was a bit disappointing, small and a bit tired.
