The hotel is almost a boutique venue with lots of charm and quirks upon arrival. Rooms seem to be a little on the bijou side but are well appointed with the usual beverage facilities, tv, alarm clock etc. Staff seem to be helpful and will go out of their way to help. The bar is quite small too but has... More

We staryed here for 2 nights as a base along the route for the West Highland Way. We booked 3 rooms, when handed the room keys, one of them did not even have a key on it..... Another room for our party had no hot water at all, and the third room had curtains which did not blackout the light... More

Hotel is built in Victorian times and is full of character. It is ideally located and is a good stop-over for Oban, Fort William Glencoe and Loch Lomond. Joan the General Manager was very friendly, enthusiastic and keen to please her guests. Rooms - clean and comfortable, nice shower, small LCD TV, tea and coffee. Restaurant - food was amazing!!!... Must say we expected more for the Best Western label and the price. Good points, location right in the centre of Crianlarich, free wifi and pc if needed, plenty of hot water, clean towels and bedding, the staff were friendly if somewhat disorganised and the breakfast was reasonable although they kept running out of things, some completely on our last... Just returned from a 1 night stay at the Best Western Crianlarich Hotel - it was interesting to say the least! As you can see from my reviews I have travelled quite a bit throughout the world and unfortunately can't give this hotel high marks. I honestly think we had the worst room in the hotel -room 208 - AVOID!!!... More

We stayed at the Crianlarich Hotel for 2 nights as part of our holiday in the trossachs area. On arrival we were greeted at reception, given the basic information - time of breakfast etc and we proceeded up to our room. This was an average sized twin bed room with ensuite. It had all the basic amenities such as a... More

Stayed here for 1 night while my husband was doing the Highland Fling as it was only 10min drive from finish. Room was very basic with 4 single beds (family room) but was more than adequate. Only complaint would be there is no soundproofing so u could hear traffic outside (but wasn't that much to be honest) & I could... More

Stayed for on 1 night over Easter. The rooms in general, and beds in particular, are superbly comfortable. We had a very reasonably priced, and delicious, evening meal, make sure you book or else eat on your knee! Breakfast is buffet, tasty and hot. Great haggis by the way.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights and had the best nights sleep in the comfiest bed in the world. Great location to travel from as you have Glen Coe, Oban and Callendar not far away. The breakfast was to die for. Loads of choice from a cooked Scottish to cereals, fruit, yogurt and as much tea and... More

Booked a weekend Groupon deal. We paid £10 per night supplement for king sized room, which was great value. Also dog-friendly so we could let our dog enjoy the lovely walks in the area too. Room was very warm and spacious and for a 3 star hotel we couldn't complain. Staff were friendly & efficient. Only drawback was lack of... More
