One is always a little anxious about revisiting a place after a first and very happy visit. On my second trip to Kilcamb Lodge apprehension soon made way to a feeling of anticipation which grew with every mile of the trip to Ardgour and the short ferry ride across the Linnhe Loch.
I was not disappointed, the same familiar and...

A lovely location in a beautiful setting. If you want to enjoy the Highlands in a very comfortable lodge with a friendly staff and great food, you must consider the Kilcamb Lodge. We will return there some day soon.

We stayed at Kilcamb Lodge over Xmas on a 3-night package and it was just fantastic. Phenomenal gourmet food, excellent service, great attention to detail, cosy despite wet and windy weather outside, fun, great friendly atmosphere, pretty much everything perfect! The staff are friendly and outstandingly efficient and the chef a genius.

I stay in hotels most weeks on business and I have never experienced anything that comes close to this hotel. It is small, intimate, peaceful. The staff are attentive, yet are not in your space. Location is excellent, amazing beach at Sanna, Room 8 is a great room to stay in. The menu is just brilliant. Enjoy a glass of...

Two of us stayed for five nights in August 2011. It was a chance to re-charge our batteries after a busy few months at work. Comfort, cleanliness and attentive staff added to fine dining to make the stay memorable.
We found that after several days of sumptious multi-course meals and huge breakfasts our appetites naturally flagged, but I'm sure we...

Just returned from a 2 night stay to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The food was incredible and the staff were extremely attentive. I felt thoroughly spoiled and pampered. We will certainly return.

We booked a 2 night stay here after reading about the hotel in the AA pet friendly guide book. The setting is beautiful even on a rainy, misty day. We were greeted on arrival and shown to our room which was true to the photographs on line. Because we had a dog we were unable to book a loch view...

I am sorry that you felt excluded from using the front door, this was certainly not our intention and would appear to be a complete misunderstanding. We simply point out to guests with dogs...
