Arrived very late after attending a wedding.....no problems at all checking in. Staff all very good and helpful. Room 103 was quiet and ok but there was no sign of the hairdryer, nor the tea-making facilities. We really just needed to crash out after a hectic day but desperately needed a morning cuppa. This was an adequate hotel but it could use a few upgrades. The elevator was tiny and the room keys were huge, the bathroom was older and the halls smelled slightly of mildew. There was free internet in the lobby, though, and the friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings of the hotel itself. More
