This was my first stay at a Premier Inn, as this was closest to my business meeting the next morning. I booked their meal deal which, at £22 for 3-course dinner and unlimited premier breakfast is fantastic value for money. The hotel staff is fantastic. Very polite and friendly. The check-in procedure was flawless. I required an iron and a... More

We had just a one night stay which included a meal deal for dinner and breakfast. Room was spotless and very comfortable - everything worked! The bathroom was also spotless. We were able to park right outside the entrance, despite it being busy. The food was of excellent quality and there was vegetarian choice as well. The staff were all... More

Parking is good, the hotel itself and the restaurant are much like most other Premier Inns in style and amenities, the staff are very friendly, the service was good, the dinner was good value, the breakfast was excellent, overall is... From the moment we arrived at reception we were greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. We loved the breakfast buffet choice, there was everything you could want. Also left my... More

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I encountered the most pleasant and courteous receptionist I have ever come across at any premier inn I've ever stayed at. From the minute we arrived we received warm, friendly smiles from every member of staff, and a friendly greeting. Upon entering the reception we were greeted with a homely... More

The hotel was really conveniently located with great parking. Our room was perfect. Warm, very comfortable without any unwanted noise. Breakfast was excellent-cooked fresh, whilst we helped ourselves to great choices of cereal, breads and fruit etc. We got the £29/night deal. Unbeatable value. We will definitely return. More

Use this hotel very regularly as it is close to my office in Livingston. Great staff reasonable food next door. Only problem for me the beds are hard as are the pillows.Only slight downside is that if you have a room on the motorway side it can suffer from traffic noise, this is particularly bad in summer if you want...
