So this is a bit late but as they say better late than never. My husband and I stayed here in May 2011. We arrived in Skye to terrible weather so were happy to get a park down on the wharf right outside the guesthouse. We were welcomed by Fiona who showed us around, turned the heater on in our... More

Disappointed with the bathroom. Hairs in the sink, long hair hanging from the toilet (couldn't miss it), hairs on the floor and on the tiles. Everything else was good. Friendly, welcoming and helpfull hosts, nice breakfast and a stunning view across harbour from a nice dining room. More

Stayed two nights in November 2011, when the weather was absolutely awful. Otherwise would have stayed longer. The Pink is right on the water with fantastic views, and easy walk to a multitude of restaurents and transport, room decor was all new and fresh. Both Robbie and Fiona were really quick to fix the only prob I had [with wifi... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in July after our tent broke in the wind. They only had one room available but it was great. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean with a good shower, and, even though it wasn't the biggest room in the world, it was done out nicely. The couple who run the guest house... More

Was not sure what to expect, due to the mixed reviews I'd seen on Trip Advisor before our stay. However, having visited Portree in the past, I knew what a lovely position the guest house has on the harbour, so booked it, hoping that the more recent reviews reflected an inprovement in standards. I am happy to say that we... More

I wasnt impressed with our room, double bed and two unmade single beds in the room was a little unsightly. Shower doors broke so water over the floor. No nice finishing touches like table clothes etc. Not sure if owners are losing interest but spotted the guest house up for sale on our walk around the town. Breakfast was nice... More

We had a family trip with 3 generations and all were very happy with accomodation. Lovely lounge for us all to gather in and situated right on harbour. Very good breakfast too. Only fault was our beds in the attic room not comfortable. More

Had a nice time in Portree, great family owned b&b they tidyed our room when we left it in a mess (shame on you Fiona. You should have left it as it was with a sign telling us to get our act together) Could have been worse, these guys were very tolerable of the english ya's in the adjacent rooms... More

Our recent stay at the Pink Guest House on Portree was great. We stayed in the family room, not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Fiona and Robbie are wonderful accomodating hosts. The breakfasts were delicious. The location very convenient to shops and restaurants. More
