We spent three nights at the Pink Guest House in early September 2009. Breakfast was on-time every morning and was just what we needed to start our busy days. I loved being on the waterfront. Yes it was pink. the best we can say that it was clean and the owner had tried. However, it was also overpriced and tacky. The en suite shower rooms were a joke. We original booked for one night, but changed our mind immediate after got into the room. Room is nice, clean and feel very comfy, so we decided to stay there for one more night. The owner is very friendly, nice and helpful. The breakfast is great as well. We all had a great stay there. more

The location of this B&B / hotel is outstanding and if given some good weather as we were we had a remarkable time on Skye in the town of Portree. The Pink Guest House will never make the top 10 of anything, but overlooking the harbour, it provides the best focal point you would wish to have for a break.... more

As a Scot travelling around for a week in my own country, and finding some lovely places to stay, this place was the only one that let us down really badly.
