We stayed in the Mishnish for 3 nights at New Year and enjoyed excellent hospitality. The bedroom, breakfast room and restaurant had been decorated to a high standard and the staff were very attentive and could not have been more pleasant and helpful, accomodating any additional requirements without fuss. The restaurant was great value for money and served a delicious... More

We visited Tobermory in late December for Mr. Peabubble's 40th birthday and went to the Mishnish on the recommendation of our landlady. The bar is friendly and quaint with traditional decor and cosy nooks and crannies to take refuge in, one of which conceals a beautiful (though sadly locked) piano. Sitting by the fire in our own snug, sipping whisky... More

My partner and I stayed at the Mishnish for the weekend ten days ago and we had a lovely time. We were made very welcome from our initial enquiry to booking and on arrival we were greeted by our first names which was such a lovely friendly touch. The room we stayed in 'The Mishnish' was first class and the... More

Had mussels and langoustines and was wonderful. Not cheap and wine is very dear but the food was great and service was exemplary. Served by a girl from Otley in Leeds and she was very helpful throughout. Cracking. More

We were on holiday in July in Mull and stayed in the Mishnish, they had a great service, the room was lovely and a very good rate too! The breakfast was first class and they couldnt do enough for you, unfortunately never spent too much time in the bar as was very pregnant but we had a beautiful view from... More

We stayed at the Mishnish for one night last week in their 'Staffa' room. The room itself was small, but very clean & well presented, with a lovely window seat looking out over the harbour. Breakfast was included for the very good £65 that we paid, but we didn't try it, as we slept in! Our opinion of the Mishnish... More

We visited the Mishnish a couple of times while staying in Tobermory and it has a great deal of character and serves a decent range of beers (expensive, though). We couldn't try any food as it wasn't on on the occasion that we were hungry. The barman wasn't particularly friendly, and we weren't made to feel welcome at all. We... More

The most photographed and perhaps the best pub and hotel in the whole of Scotland, a trip over to the Isle of Mull is worth it even if it is just to visit the Mishnish. Both staff and locals are friendly and the bar stocks a wide range of beers, ales and lagers from around Scotland and the UK as... More

Struggled to get anywhere in Tobermory that would accommodate a family of four as our intended stay coincided with the Mull Rally. However another establishment recomended the newly refurbished rooms at the Mishnish and they said they would be happy to accommodate 4 of us in the Honeymoon Suite with a z-bed and a matress for £125 per night B&B.... This hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. We had a room to the front with a lovely view of the bay. We were also shown some of the other rooms and all were beautiful. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good . We would certainly book again. More
