The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. We had the upstairs bedroom, with a spacious private bathroom. The downstairs room, that my sister and husband had, was rather more cramped and had a small en-suite shower room, and was rather more dated than the room my wife and I enjoyed. Breakfasts were very good, with some choices. I would not... More

I stayed at Seaside Villa for 3 weeks while on a college placement and can recommend it as a warm, friendly establishment with good hearty breakfasts. My room was great- comfortable and clean and I had a huge bathroom all to myself! Margaret and Bill were so kind and helpful and I loved the view from the dining room looking... More

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seaside Villa. Our hosts met us at the door with huge hugs for all. We felt like we were meeting long lost relatives. Our rooms were great! My elderly parents had a main floor room while my husband and I took the room upstairs. We all slept like babies. Our room was gorgeous! It... More

This was a return trip to stay with Margaret and Bill Fraser at Seaside Villa. I am a registered tour guide and tour agent and travel throughout Scotland so I know quality accommodation when I find it. On my last visit Margaret taught me some more gaelic so I managed to order my fantastic breakfast in gaelic. Don't worry they... More

We had an awful stay at Seaside Villa and shall never return. The owner/manageress was verging on rude our whole stay and was totally unapproachable. The room was such a let down, never 4 star standard - it was cramped and had an excuse for an en-suite. Standards of cleanliness should always be high or at least acceptable - pubic... More

This is the best B&B I've ever stayed in. The rooms are pleasant, well decorated and very homely. The food is great with a vast choice for breakfast, many cereals, including possidge, several different fruits, juice, and almost anything you want as a cooked breakfast. It really is a just ask and everything is there. It feels like being at home... More

If only I had seen this one on the first trip to the Hebrides, a wonderful place to stay, Margaret and Bill were excellent hosts. The location suited the purpose perfectly, with the added bonus of being pet freindly too! Beautiful and clean accomodation with delicious breakfasts every morning, and lovely views from the breakfast room. A perfect place to stay... More

Quaint little villa with only two rooms. Lots of knick-knacks everyone made us feel we really were in someone's home as an honoured quest. Margaret was the ideal host who provided plenty of breakfast and lots of local insights. Room was clean and tidy. If we'd had more time we would have loved to stay here longer. More
