Stayed one night in one of the cabins. Nothing grand, but perfectly acceptable and clean and warm. Staff and management very friendly and clearly making an effort to update the place. Good food in restaurant and bar. more

Hotel choices in Baltasound are very limited - this is it...so while it might not get the same rating elsewhere, it is very good here! I think this is a situation where I just ended up with a bad room--or two. When I first checked in I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Towels in the shower, beds mussed etc...They switched my room and the second room smelled like a wet dog had stayed there the night before. I left my windows... more

My then 17 year old daughter,my 70 year old uncle,and I (50 year old man) had a delightful time visiting Baltasound. The hotel is well run.
