A really friendly, helpful, comfortable, feel-at-home B&B, but/and the breakfasts concentrate the care and attention into something truly fine. A very belated review from April 2012 but a stay at this wonderful b and b in Stromness was a great break. My sister and I stayed here for only 3 days but it was perfect. Our room was a lovely en-suite twin room,quiet, roomy withall the extra's that are appreciated. Also, great breakfast with homemade breads and even cheese.... More

excellent excellent excellent. A breakfast to die for, made getting up in the morning exciting wondering what the home made bread would be that day. and the homemade yoghurt.... words fail me The bedroom was clean warm and spacious with lots of little touches to make it homely. a fab place to stay

This was the best B&B of our fortnight's holiday - and the one closest to home! It's just a short walk from the ferry terminal in Stromness which is very convenient of you're on foot. Lots of thoughtful touches eg a mini fridge in room and helpful advice, including a loan of midge repellent for my trip to Hoy. In many years of staying in B and Bs, I think the best breakfasts I've ever had. Highly recommended in this lovely little town.

No need to look any further . I found Miller's House , Maureen and Magnus to be fully deserving of all the praise listed here. Lots of great touches to make you feel so welcome and it is no surprise that you really do need to book well in advance.

Party of 4 females stayed overnight here in May 2012. We are the type of travellers who were looking for cleanliness, comfort and location for our accommodation and this certainly met and exceeded our expectations. What a delightful house - full of history and beautiful items. Hosts were knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfasts were absolutely 'first class' and a great taste of Scotland. Can't wait to return.
