Stayed here last weekend and had a fab time. Staff friendly and helpful , Rooms were clean and tidy we have been staying here for the past eight years and never found staff to be aggressive or unhelpful... Eat in the hotel first and poor service was reflected by hotel staff who in general were the same people. Staff gave the impression they would rather be somewhere else. Unfriendly and at times rude. Cost was same as what we paid in Largs for a beautiful B&B so didn't even thing was good value. Would not recommend. More
