We stayed here whilst visiting our son at St Andrews university. We have stayed at several places in this part of Fife, but found the Spindrift exceptionally clean and comfortable, compared to some others. The breakfast was cooked to order sourced by local products, where available, and the veggie sausages are some of the best ever sampled. Worth a visit... More

Very welcoming, clean and tastefully decorated. We had the captains cabin room which was small but a comfortable bed and lovely en-suite. Great breakfast with lots of choice. We were sharing a table at breakfast with another couple which worked out really well. Christine was really helpful with local information on walks and restaurants. More

We have just returned from spending three nights at The Spindrift while visiting our grandaughter at St. Andrews. The quality of service, accommodation, food in fact everything about The Spindrift is superb, better than most hotels we've stayed in. Christine & Ken should be very proud of their accomplishment in providing such quality at such reasonable rates. More

A great start to our visit was when Gemma was asked to meet us due to the owners being unavailable, she was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Very comfortable and clean room and private bathroom. Quiet location even though it is on the main road. Walking distance to the town/harbour about 15 minutes with some restaurants and... More
