I have to say that our four night stay, as a family of three, was very good. We had the Ruby room and were able to park right next to it three nights out of four. Not that it was a problem on the night we could get right outside. The room was Ideal for us as we had an... More

We stayed here to break the journey whilst on-route to Falmouth. The drive to the b&b from the main road was enjoyable. The b&b is in a lovely setting. As the sat nav guided us in through the gate the view of the Old Thatched Cottage was lovely. We didn't have time to enjoy the garden which looked nice though... More

We were originally booked in to the Brambles Art Retreat but they didn't have any accommodation available so they put us into the Old Coach House instead. We were made very welcome and breakfast was just right with a wide choice. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate and clean with everything we could wish for. The gardens... More

Arrived for a late - booked family break during August. Travelling with our 13 year old daughter and 4 month old baby son. Exceeded our expecations .. very reasonably priced. Wonderful welcome from proprietors, comfortable and very spacious room with extra special touches not normally associated with most B and Bs (eg fridge in room, welcome basket etc) Breakfasts were... We stayed here with our 10 week old baby for two nights to go to a wedding locally and it was superb. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, which made our arrival a lot more pleasant after 7 hours in the car with a howling infant. Finding it was no problem due to the copious amounts of information sent... More

We arrived after dark, but we were greeted warmly by our hosts. They moved us into the large more spacious 'coral room' for our two night stay, and booked us a table at the local pub for dinner in advance, which was great. The room had its own front door and was definitely a home for home, with many personal... More

Spot on B&B in great location to explore Devon and espically Dartmoor. Standard B&B decor but good room facilities and cleaned daily. Owners very friendly and always looking to provide advice. Great pub serving high quality food. Owners pre-booked for us for the Friday we arrived. More

Four days in August... A place to rest, a place to play, a place to find, a place to stay. A welcome to greet, a welcome for all, a welcome in kind, a welcome from Paul. A bedroom from heaven, a bedroom with beams, a bedroom to sleep, a bedroom for dreams. A breakfast to savour, a breakfast with coffee,... More

We were fortunate enough to attend a friends wedding in Devon in Mid June and as we live in London decided to come down to Devon the night before and make a weekend of it. I should stay at this stage that I am a Hotel Manager, therefore to be honest staying in other hotels does very little to relax... More
