Visited for an evening meal while staying nearby, food was fantastic, very good service and excellent value, good selection of ales. we returned on the next evening to join in the weekly quiz night,good all round entertainment in a very friendly atmosphere, will vista again when in the area.

This is a really lovely inn with lots of character. Our room was warm and comfortable. Good food, friendly service and a cosy bar. The building itself is a real architectural gem, highly unusual. Great value for money and we had a really enjoyable stay.
