This year...2011 is our 7th year staying at the lovely hotel...we go for our annual dance weekend breaks in the spacious Washington Ballroom...with it's large dance floor...fantastic lighting displays and sound systems. After staying in this hotel for many many years on and off I found the room not as clean as one would expect. There was dust on the back upstand of the dressing table and all around the edges of the carpet. The Bedroom was nice, with a large balcony overlooking the pool, lawn and car park. The bathroom was dated, had black mould and could be cleaner (hairs on wall and in bath, towel rail with dried water stains etc). No wifi in bedrooms.
