Very good value for money. You get what you pay for really. This was a cheap getaway for family and friends and we had no complaints. Reception staff were friendly on arrival. We stayed in a hazelwood lodge, it was clean, although I did take some anti bacterial wipes with me and give it a once over. The entertainment in... More

We stayed at hazelwood park 8-12th April in one of their chalets, a hazelwood chalet. Upon arrival we found the chalet to be clean, but was very cold. The next morning we asked at reception about a heater and within 5 mins we had an additional heater delivered. The small heaters on the walls do work but take a day... More

Hot tub lovely! Lodge would have been great if I didn't have to spend the first 3/4 hour cleaning it,(kitchen cupboards, drawers, bathroom sink and plug that had never been cleaned and as for the cobwebs, well lets say no more). Entertainment rubbish, chip shop rubbish. When I complained about the cleanliness I was told that the owners cleaned it... More

I've been coming to this holiday park for around 15 years now and used to come as a child with my parents. In the past few years I have started to come with my girlfriend and we both love it. Although we stay in fairly basic accomodation we both still find it enough for us. It is very clean, comfy... More

A stay of four nights was made all the better by the staffs' willingness to help out when I needed to borrow a dvd player for use in my chalet for a couple of nights - they were really great. The site itself was compact, clean and the chalet provided good basic, clean accomodation for my stay - the park... More

Just come back from a real gem of a hoilday park. Accommiadtion was a Ashwood 3 bedroomed chalet. Everything was new and comfortable. The only down side could be that it is quite a long walk to the shop and clubhouse but for us this was not a problem beacause of the location was peacefull. The Ashwood had 3 bedrooms,... More

Booked 4 days for nice and easy week when senior adults were more catered for so few little ones around. We like entertainment and bingo so the evenings were just up our street and we were not disapointed on that score as Kirsty and Cheryl worked hard to please everybody. The accommodation was basic but adequate with 2 bedrooms, and equipped kitchen.... More

White goods: Good - electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave - clean. Decor: Bit shabby - very 90s, and the bed headboard looked like it could tell a few stories. Storage: Okay - some chest of draws would have been nice but otherwise - it was functional. But my word: the damp...and the mould...not good. In fact, the carpeting was so damp... More
