Great rooms. Great restaurant. Great location!! Unique rooms. Bob the dog runs the place magnificently and his assistant Chris does everything he can. For anyone visiting Guernsey on business or pleasure, this is the place to stay. more

I booked this hotel for its location and excellent weekend offers, we got a taxi from the airport, I don't think we would of found it otherwise! Good position above harbour with lovely views over from room and restaurant. Room plain, a newer,but not thet new, add-on to side of hotel, but comfortable separate seating area with tucked in balcony. Steep access via path or steps from town centre. The food was the outstanding feature. with very attentive service in the restaurant. more

Apart from being a difficult place to find we found this hotel a great retreat. We stayed in a Deluxe room with it's own balcony which was worth paying the extra for. This is a lovely hotel overlooking the harbour of St Peter Port. The restaurant was first class on all fronts; service, quality of food and decor. As you might expect in such a top class hotel, it was a bit pricey, but worth it. Our room was well appointed and had a shared balcony overlooking the town and the port.... more

We were upgraded for free by the hotel from a Superior room in the new block to their one Suite, which was really great. All the superior rooms on this top floor have fabulous views and during our 5 day stay we had great weather, so this obviously helped! I agree that everything is good about this hotel. A fantastic one night stay - the room was perfect and lavishly fitted with superb views. Staff were all very keen to help and accommodate us at the same time as being refreshingly approachable and cheerful. Dinner, in the top drawer restaurant, was superlative. more
