I loved this hotel. It is in a perfect location, downtown Saint Peter Port, near all the shops, close to the harbour area and near good restaurants. This is a good place to stay for business and pleasure. The front desk staff could not be more professional, work related correspondence was handled with discretion and speed. The hotel has a number of stylish restaurants... More

Room was very noisy and hot. We stayed on Friday and Saturday and the noise from the street was very loud. We needed to open the window becuase the room was so hot but then couldn't sleep due to the screaming and shouting from the street in front of the hotel. Restaurant was good. Staff not very professional. More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review, although I am sorry to hear that you did not have the best of stays. Unfortunately as the hotel is located in such a central position there can be outside noise on weekend nights which is beyond our control. However, many of our bedrooms are situated at the rear of... Booked the hotel on location and price. Location is perfect in the middle of town and the price was ok at £80 for a superior room for one night Room was very dated but clean and in good order Public areas are pleasant with plenty of comfortable seating. My only issue was because I was there to work I could... More

Thank you for taking the time to post a review as receiving feedback from our guests helps us to improve our service. We note the comments concerning wifi coverage and have replaced some of the routers which seems to be improving the coverage. We are also happy to hear our staff looked after you well. More

Having previously stayed here (and reviewed) I booked two return visits each of 3 nights. On check in both times I was upgraded to the Sausmarez suite. This suited me as it has its own cooking facilities so I could have breakfast early before leaving for work. The Sausmarez suite isn't so much a room as a self contained flat... More

Although we didn't stay in the hotel, we ate here for two of our four nights in Guernsey. The Tennerfest (brought in about 11 years ago where hotels and restaurants offer 3 or 4 options for each course at a fixed price of a tenner each) was on. Nowadays the cost has (inevitably) risen and we paid £15 each for... More

We have just returned from a great stay at this lovely hotel. The staff who work here are ALL outstanding whatever their job. The meals were amazing - thanks to all concerned in feeding us so well. Our room was comfortable although no a/c so would imagine that the rooms are rather hot in the summer months. The beds and... More
