This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Check-in clerk on Tuesday, August 14 afternoon was not interested in assisting me at all. Tried to reserve another room for the next day and he told me to do it online. When that didn't work, he told me he "didn't know how to code so couldn't book the room." I suggested he call someone, which he did. Got the second room booked. Then the next day when my son wanted to check in, the room was not available. Woke up on Thursday to discover that the desk was covered with ants. Ugh. Stay anywhere but here.

I was on a weekend Spring Break Vacation. It was ruined when i requested a room that accomodated my disability. The front desk placed me next to yelling, loud, obnoxious drinking teenagers. Security was called TWICE by the hotel. I had to call the front desk at midnight, 2am and 3am. Finally, I was able to sleep. My entire vacation was ruined due to poor sleep. It was my first time in Knoxville, TN. The front desk said they were sorry. The managers NEVER BOTHERED to call me even after i called. This is a Marriott Hotel. nothing was done.
