Stayed here for UT graduation, and we loved it. Rooms are clean and comfy, breakfast was delish (oatmeal bar, waffle maker, etc), and staff was eager to please. It was conveniently located and within walking distance of Market Square (lots of fun restaurants and shops). Quiet and comfy--we liked this place a lot.

This hotel is very near the UTK campus and offers a clean, affordable stay. The staff is always very pleasant and efficient. The hotel offers a full breakfast which is wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting UTK or wanting to spend time in downtown Knoxville. Great location.

Great room, clean and big. The bed was great. Breakfast was included and was very good. Free internet and good service from the business centre. The price is not cheap but for the quality of the service, the location and the room itself is was worthwhile. Lovely staff, extremely helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Was worried that downtown location would make access difficult, but it was the easiest hotel to find and park at ever.
