We stayed here for almost a week. It's a very convenient location for the University and downtown. The area seemed safe even in the evenings, and the Worlds Fair Park across the street was a good place for a walk. Warning: the hotel charges $7 for self-parking and provided no warning of that either at reservation time, check-in, or when parking in the garage. Some rooms may have poor wireless internet coverage, but access is free. Despite the weather (it happen to be raining this particular week), the Four Points Hotels was a welcomed surprise. Notably, the hotel offers inviting room accomodations and modest gym facilities. Hotel customer services was a wonderful experience. Hotel staff member "Claude", in particular, defined what the Sheraton name stands for.
