We spent a Saturday night here. It was very quiet. Clean, bright, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady at breakfast. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we liked that we could walk to a handful of good restaurants. More

Stayed here in Feb 2012 for a trade show. All of the staff were supernice and helpful, everyone really went out of their way to please. The room was clean and beautiful, everything updated, microwave, coffeemaker, minifridge. The bed was a "pseudo sleep number" bed which was the only negative, the mattress sloped down rather badly on each side so... More

Don't stay on the 4th floor because there are a few smoking rooms and the smoke travels to all rooms it seems. They moved me the second night to the first floor where there is no water pressure. And the sleep select mattress where you can select the stiffness of the mattress was broken so it was like sleeping in... More

Surrounded by restaurants and other hotels the Hilton Garden in was warm and inviting. My room was on the second floor was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The hotel staff was very friendly and took the time to say hello every time I passed by the front desk. Breakfast was included in my room rate and was about what you... More

Very Clean and well kept, this was the first hotel I have stayed in for many years that the staff cleaned the remote control, knowing their attention to detail, i know the place is very clean, with all the football crowd staying there the hotel takes a beating but you would never know More

This is well-situated HGI, close to many good places to eat...although, this HGI doesn't serve lunch or dinner on site -- there are good choices within walking distance, and several will provide room service. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Bed comfortable. Staff was above average is kindness and helpfullness. More

We'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Knoxville. The hotel was beautifully done. It deserves a better rating than AAA's 3-diamond. The breakfast buffet was excellent; hot items are cooked to order. The price is $9.95 per person... or there is no charge if you're a Hilton Honors Gold member. More

This is one of the "white decor" Hilton Garden Inns, which has been well maintained and is super-clean. Everything you expect from HGI; comfy beds, ergonomic desk chair, sleep system bed, fridge and micro, etc., but this location goes above and beyond with little extras. Housekeeping arranged bed pillows at pretty angle. Paper napkins folded into triangles, towels folded in... More

On our trip from Florida to Ontario this is our last night before arriving home if the weather is good. Sleeping well is important and we like to stay in this hotel as it is close off the highway. Our room was comfortable but very noisy neighbours posed a problem before they were requested to keep the noise down. Staff... More
