My wife and spent a night here recently. Very nice-especially the staff. Front desk, maids, kitchen help, custodians-everyone was genuinely friendly. Amazingly, all of them spoke perfect english. Room very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. More

I stayed there for a week when training with my company. The staff was so helpful. They made cookies and coffee every afternoon. After a few days It started to feel like home. Breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a great experience to stay there. More

The hotel had a great heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, and I would have loved to relax in either one of these... too bad we had to hit the road again in less than 8 hours after check in :( The fitness center was loaded with brand new equipment and weights - tempting, and such a tease... I was too... More

This hotel was really wonderful! It seemed new and I can't say a bad thing about it. We had 3 rooms which were all the same. There were 5 adults and one child in our group and no one had a complaint. They even have large flat screen tv's and iHomes in all of the rooms. The beds were so... More

Literally, the only thing detracting from this otherwise amazing hotel is that it is almost too popular. The place was packed when we stayed with families like us. Everything about the hotel is exactly as expected. But we like hotels that are a little less occupied, so we have the pool a little more to ourselves. The room was noise-proof... More

Basically, this country inn is pretty typical of the chain, with nicer staff and great cleanliness, but a bit on the pricey side. Our hotel room was very clean; bathroom good size; TV excellent; beds very comfortable; staff very nice; breakfast typical for country inns though there wasn't enough seating room at 8am and we had to share a table... This hotel is the best place we've ever stayed for UT Football weekends! Close to great restaurants, reasonably priced shuttle to games, but the best part about this place is the STAFF. They make you feel like part of the family. Alex is tops. More

I think this hotel is a great value, beds comfy, very clean, this hotel rivals Hampton Inn but a better price. I'd stay here again. I've never stayed at a Country Inn before but if they are all like this one than I'd change my hotel brands and stay at Country Inn's during my travels. I haven't had the breakfast... More

Just another stopover hotel for us. We had never stayed at one before and this one was great, but a little expensive. The hotel itself is in a business park near the expected litiny of off exit chains and a strip mall that is past its prime. Eh price and location, newer, great staff, nice room and pool, good breakfast.... More

We are retired and traveling the US by car for two months. This is the first time we stayed at this brand Carlson which includes Radison, Park Inn, and Park Plaza. The hotel is more upscale than the Comfort Inns that we usually stay at. For this hotel in Knoxville West Cedar Bluff area we paid $89 plus tax. The... More

Thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate your staying with us. I am so sorry you found the pool water too cool and the hot tub a bit hard to navigate. We have recently installed a new handrail to make it more accessible; however, I am so sorry you found it to be a bit of a challenge.... More
