When searching for pet friendly hotels in Knoxville, this hotel showed the pet paw sign along with several other amenities. signs. We travel to Florida twice yearly with our small therapy dog. Based on this info, I mapped and printed out our route as we make a couple of hotel stops along the way. I spoke to a very pleasant... more

The new is still on this hotel, which means the place is spotless and shiny. But the most important thing is the staff, and they were incredible from front desk to housekeeping. I travel a lot and usually don't post reviews, but these folks deserve it. Just off I-40 and kid-friendly, - heck, they even found us a band-aid for... more

Our stay here was wonderful. Our room seemed brand new--we could faintly smell the paint. Everything was perfect and in great order. I thought the beds were a bit hard. The hotel was full with a soccer tourament going on and several also there to go to a race in Bristol. Yet the place was quiet, elevators came quick, breakfast... more

My family and I recently stayed here while on an lengthy trip through the southern US. We stayed in numerous hotels in a similar price range and this was by far the best. In fact, I think it was the best in this price range I've ever stayed at. The hotel is new and beautifully decorated, with large, comfortable rooms.... more

new hotel, small poot and hot tub. But large on service, from the front desk, to the young lady giving directions to a restaurant. All were great. Lovely room, but keep the shades pulled at night, the parking lot lights are killers. Flat screen TV and large bathrooms and very comfy beds made this stop worth doing again more

Rooms were immaculate; pool and whirlpool were clean and well kept; wireless internet was fast and easy to use; beds were comfortable; plenty of towels; friendly, capable staff; GREAT breakfast bar (free too!); TV was wonderful ; great picture and great selection of channels(we even had HBO). We were treated well and truly enjoyed this establishment. Don't hesitate to make... more

We stayed here for 1 night while we were in town for our son's graduation from UT. It's a brand new hotel - it's only been open 3 weeks. Our room was well furnished with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and even a 37" flat screen TV. The pictures on the walls were local Knoxville scenes which... more
