“Easy Access; Value for Money”

Easily accessible as it is located near the highway and it is nearby the various places such as Ruby Fall, Rock City, Walmart etc. The breakfast is ok and the rooms are clean though you can see the inn is old. The downside is having without escalator and the room key are not working every night whenever we are back.... More

“excellent value”

friendly, helpful staff and pleasant room with comfy bed. Motel is older, but clean, pet friendly, and well maintained. Breakfast choices include eggs and pancakes...pretty good. The parking lot has very narrow spaces. WE will stay again next year.

This hotel has an excellent location for visiting Ruby Fall, The Incline Railway and Rock City. The hotel is clean and benefits from good service. Free parking. Can't beat the amenities for the price. Hotel staff were excellent!! Very friendly, courteous, helpful and informative about area attractions. “Good overnight stay”

Heading home from Florida and needed an overnight stop. Best Western Royal Inn was that. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast more than we expected. While this is obviously a very old location it is upgraded, clean and comfortable. Would recommend it for an overnight stay.

“A convient location to all attractions”

This hotel was very convient for me and my family. There is a Walmart next door and all of the attractions are close by. The room was very clean however there was a odor in the bathroom. Someone came to clean it and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
