front desk staff friendly and helpful, room/bathroom clean and well maintained, linens clean and fresh, coffee bar available during day as well as fresh fruit, and breakfast has plenty of variety. Only drawback are the rooms next to Interstate Highway. Traffic noise is constant. However, location is convenient to enter/exit and also to local hospital.

We were in Bristol on business and had a quite room- even though this hotel is by the expressway. The room was very clean. The desk clerks were exceptionally courteous and gave better service than in most pricier hotels we have stayed in.
