We live in this area, and we had an unexpected snow storm the end of March while we were on our way home from the Nashville airport. Booked through Priceline and was charged again by hotel. Can never get a hold of Sumeet Anand who is supposed to be in accounting. Left > 10 messages and no calls returned. Priceline didn't help to resolve problem and my credit card company couldn't get charged removed. Shady place and stay at your own risk. more
Our stay was very good, was there for two nights on business. The Staff did everything they could to make our stay as best as possible. Everytime we stay things start looking better with all the improvements. more

This was previously the Holiday Inn (where I've stayed before) and is in the process of being upgraded as the Arte. The 'upgraded' rooms consist of fresh paint, laminant wood floors, no TV upgrades (they are still fuzzy and the picture is horrible), and not much more. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. My stay here was like being in a third world country. I had a hard time checking in due to my late arrival and an understaffed and overworked front desk. We had several employees who were fired due t violation of company policy. The review seems like a retaliation and is bogus statement. Our hotel and its staff are very friendly to our guest. Our rooms are cleaned every day and for a guest to write that the room was filty is absolutly false staement and may an intentional attempt...

Hotel was dirty, unfriendly...would never stay here again! Embarresement to the Holiday Inn chain! more
While all the services were fine, there was just nothing special about it. Perhaps it's because I stay at hotels for convenience and to sleep in on business trip, not for the fun of a vaction. more
