The overall property was nice, but our unit was dirty. vent filters were very dirty. beds were worn out. exhaust fans in bathrooms were clogged up. We stayed at Avista for three nights. The hotel views of the beach were fantastic. But the pools we dirty and felt like you needed a good shower when you got out. They claim they use a salt cholination system. This can not be the problem though since I know others that have that and it works fine for them.... more
