I have stayed in this campground for 20 years and it is sad to say but we have just learned that it has been sold and effective Sept. 1, 2005 all people with permanent sites must be out. We are so devastated by this - there is a strong family atmosphere throughout the campground. The staff takes care of you... more

My family has an RV there so we are there as often as we can; I guess you could say we are regulars. CLEAN shower/bath house facilities, Awesome Lazy River and Indoor/Outdoor Pool Area. Friendly staff, great game room *parents love the Bingo night, nice clubhouse, golf cart tram available to and from the beach area (*which is great when... more

As a previous review stated, "my kids woke up, went to the beach, went to the pool," but were ready to take another beach walk by the end of the night. I liked it because I did not have to drive much compared to other vacations. The other campers were friendly and polite. Tended to have alot of fireworks (not... more

I love it there. My grandparents rent out the "big house" every year. They are somewhat strict on the golf carts but thats about it. The beach is wonderful, the pools and lazy river are fantastic. Its my favorite vacation spot and i look forward to going every year. more

I was very pleased with the campground! All of the host and staff were very friendly. We took my son for his first time and he enjoyed it very much. I like the tram thing that takes you back and forth. The spa was great the campground was very clean also. more

We have stayed with our 3 children twice at this campground, and we're pretty picky about our campgrounds! We are headed back again this year and can't wait. In addition to the easy access to Mc Donald's and Cracker Barrel, there is a very nice seafood restaurant close by, and they are family friendly! Don't miss Alligator Adventure or the... more

Barefoot Camping resort is a very nice campground. It has grassy area camping sites down near the beach front and then sites write on the beach. It also has sites with a lot of shade. It has an indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river. Convenient to shopping and has a McDonald's and Cracker Barrel in walking distance. more

This campground is located across from Barefoot Landing, has a Cracker Barrell located in front of the campground and is small compared to the larger campground in south Myrtle Beach. The also have lots of wooded sites and plenty of sites on the beach also. more
