We got there our room wasn't ready, so they didn't make us wait. They gave us a up-grade for same price. We do belong to there rewards club. Most chains have a reway\rd club. They are worth having. Great location, convenient to restaurants, the mall and not far from the Historic Section. We received a nightly call from the front desk to check on everything. The staff was knowledgable about the downtown area. I would highly recommend to hotel and would definitely stay there again. More
