On the good side, the pools that were being used were clean and the lazy river was a neat feature. The beach view from the balcony was great...but it goes seriously downhill from there. We stayed here with a large convention group and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. All of our requests were fulfilled quickly.
