Weeks previously, confirmed a reservation for this room prior to arrival. Was not just traveling down the highway looking for a place to stay. Bed was hard as a rock and was like sleeping on a washboard. Bed pillows were flatter than flat. Hot water valve in the shower leaked so bad it was squirting extremely hot scalding water out... More
