Found this condo on VRBO.com. Individually owned, but managed by a local company. We spoke directly with the owner concerning rates and then were referred to her agent. Located right on the ocean. Even though it was March, the Atlantic was warm enough to wade into. Gorgeous beach, pretty empty. The condo was small. It was fine for two adults.... more

My wife and I just stayed in unit #215. The pictures are were accurate but misleading. The unit is advertised as a one bedroom but it is not as there is no wall between the bed and the remainder of the living area. The bed(room) is located immediately next to the front door. I booked this unit through the VRBO website. It is listing 63938 in South Forest Beach. I would recommend this complex to anyone however it is very nice in a good location but the units are individually owned and this particular one is rife with problems.
