We rented a private home in Sea Pines Aug. 1-8. 39 South Beach Lane was a spectacular location and beautiful home. The home has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a huge living area and first class pool area. The beach path is next to the house and is only a few minutes walk. The beach was uncrowded and relaxing. Just perfect. The house location is just down the way from the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog. You can utilize either the Greenwood gate or Ocean gate. It's a lovely drive to the home with bike paths nearby.

We stayed here with our friends, there were 8 of us total. There was plenty of room for all of us without feeling too crowded. We were able to store our bikes in the garage which was nice as well.

The house is well appointed, plenty of dishes, pans, knives, toaster etc. The house was very clean upon check in and very spacious. I have rented a few homes before and this one far exceeded my expectations. Everything was in working order. We did have a clogged... more
