Our family spent a week in one of the cottages. When we entered, it appeared to only be 'broom' cleaned. We advised the front office and the cleaning lady returned. We have stayed at The Village several times and have always had a wonderful experience. Now if your past experience has been at the more "resorty" types of accomodations or if flash and glitter is your desire, The Village may not be for you.
