We arrived before check-in and the staff was accommodating. Overall, every staff person we have met has been cordial. The rooms are clean and so is the property. The breakfast menu has a lot of selections. Easy to get to any location; grab an island map. Great location.

Staff not friendly or courteous at check in. I complained of no internet service and they said they were having trouble with router to come to office and use theirs. This was a spur of the moment, one night stay for work. The bed was comfortable, everything functioned (except the security latch which was missing), and it appeared clean. The problem was noise. Rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. It's older hotel, well maintained. Staff is very competent and helpful. We feel very comfortable and it's pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Nice sofa. Great restaurants nearby, especially the skull boathouse.

I was only here for one night while in Hilton Head. Everything was acceptable, but nothing really stood out. The price really stood out and in an area with numerous expensive hotels, this one was a bargain.

Very pleasant employees. Nice location, near many restaurants. The breakfeast area was well taken care of and they even had an employee help you. Very pleasant check out, with fast service. The room rate was very fair for this upscale area. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel had such courteous employees! Great location, and great price!
