The hotel room was clean & comfortable. When we arrive to check-in there was a question regarding the cost, the desk clerk didn't explain to us the total cost she was rude & cut us off while we were trying to explain other than that everything else was great!

We were in town for USC Graduation. Service during check in was very nice. They allowed us to gather in lobby (about 10 of us) to socialize, as long as we kept the noise level down. We forgot to pack some clothes that we had put in the closet. We called the next day and they found the clothes and... More
