We booked the Victoria Inn's Petite Suite for our honeymoon. Being a very indecisive person, I was unsure about where to stay in Charleston. I called the Inn, and spent over thirty minutes with the conceirge, and she was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. When we arrived we were greeted by Jennifer, whom was most pleasant, and literally went out... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights over Valentine's weekend. We had a regular room with a king sized bed. The room was very "Charleston" with very high ceilings and long windows. Our view wasn't great (building next door) but the location was perfect. We were 1 block from the market and around the corner from Hyman's. Breakfast... More

We chose this inn based on review on Trip Advisor. This is an excellent inn. When we arrived the staff was beyond courteous, the rooms were very quaint and clean, and the location was as perfect as we could have hoped for. Having breakfast in our room each morning was really nice as well. The concierge staff was excellent at... More

I've never taken the time to write a review before, but I was so impressed by our stay at the Victoria House Inn that I felt compelled to do so for the first time. There wasn't much else available when I was doing my research, and the price seemed to be a little lower than comparable places in the area... More

This is a nice, historic feeling hotel, right in the middle of everything. Out the front door is the shopping district. Around the corner is 82 Queen, and Poogan's Porch. Out the back door, 1 block away is Diane's (good night time spot for some drinks and live music), and the Historic Market (outdoor market, carriage tours, candy shops, etc,... More

A beautiful place in the heart of the beautiful city of Charleston. I was treated like I was the only guest in the hotel, fantastic place to stay! More

The Victoria House Inn has to be Charleston’s best keep secret. It is in a great location, you are right in the middle of downtown Charleston surrounded by all of the great restaurants and nightlife. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. The hotel has great southern charm in a city known for its southern hospitality. I... More

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the Inn to celebrate the first anniversary of our first date. It's probably my favorite B&B. We had a petite suite and it was very luxorious. It had a sitting area with a love seat and chair and then the bed. The bathroom was the star of the show. There as... More

We just visited the Victoria House Inn for an anniversary trip to Charleston. Our room was nice (I loved the beautiful paint color) and appeared clean. Not big, not small. There are no common areas at the inn, so you really are just paying for a room. It's not the bed and breakfast experience of some of the other family... More

My sister and I stayed over last weekend at the Victoria House Inn, at her recommendation. She had previously stayed there with her husband, and we were not disappointed this time either. The location of this inn is fabulous - steps to shopping on King Street, and reasonable walking distance to most tourist destinations, restaurants, etc. in downtown Charleston. The... More
