We came to Charleston for a Christmas visit, and this property is in a wonderful spot. We were able to park the car and walk the entire weekend- nothing was too far away. The room was spacious, and we loved the gas fireplace and decor.

My wife and I spent the weekend here for our 13th wedding anniversary, had a great time. The Inn has an excellent location and you can walk to any destination on the lower peninsula. Its a taste of a real Charleston home, small and cozy, not one of the large mega-homes. It's an almost 140 year old structure...expect a crack... More

I purchased 2 nights at the Palmer's Pinckney Inn through Groupon for $220.00. We paid $12.00 for parking across the street which was reasonable and convenient. The Inn driveway is too narrow for a standard sedan to navigate without danger of scratching and according to the innkeeper, the trees in the parking area drop berries which damage the finish on... My wife and I stayed here on weeknights with a Groupon. The cost was $100 a night. Let's break that down to see what the value is. First of all, this is an ancient wooden house that has not been kept up very well. But it is OK. Think of it this way. You have a nice gas fireplace, in... More

Great value for the money. Breakfast at the Palmer House as part of the package along with wine and cheese. Great access to Market Area and downtown shopping. Would definitely go again. Connie was a wonderful hostess.

stayed at this B & B on Oct 24,2012. stayed in the equestrian room-with 4 poster canopy bed, jacuzzi tub, and all the amenities you would desire. The location is terrific. Not a traditional B & B where breakfast is provided, rather a do it your self deal. The kitchen is always open stocked with any breakfast food you would... More

Great location to walk anywhere in Charleston. However did not enjoy the smell of the stables nearby and the street noise in the morning. The property could certainly use some improvements, the porch looked like it might collapse any time. We stayed one night in the Bombay room and another night in the next room due to reservations issues. Both... More

We spent 2 nights at the Palmer Pinckney Inn. The Inn is very conveniently located, close to downtown and the Market. The innkeepers, Cindy and Connie, are very pleasant and helpful - we enjoyed talking with them. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch, overlooking the neighboring streets and, yes, the horse barn. The smell, while noticeable outside, was never... More

My husband and I had purchased a living social deal for this. We were finally able to use it and stayed for a weekend. We visit Charleston often and have stayed at several different places. We knew this place was near the stables and if you know Charleston then you know that you would smell the horses literally anywhere you... More

We went to Charleston, the last weekend of August. We purchased this thru Living Social and it was great - I would say we could not have been more pleased. The house was small, but very charming (as a B&B should be). The Parisian room was lovely. Connie, the inkeeper was wonderful and very helpful in recommending places to go... More
