Three of us stayed in a condo/suite at this hotel. There was a small kitchen, sitting room for watching TV --very close to the Marketplace, valet parking was a plus even though there is a $20 fee for that!! Walking to all the sites, waterfront etc was really easy! Nice place . We would definitely stay there again.

Great rooms in a great location. Reach room is a little apartment. Ours had an up stairs with sitting room and kitchen. Wifi too!

My mother, aunt and I stayed here for 5 night in April. It was very nice and the location and price can't be beat. Everyone working in the hotel was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the extra space compaired to a hotel was amazing. I'm sure when we return to Charleston we will stay her again.

The place is a bargin. I could not be happier with Festiva or this hotel. It is so hard to find places to take a normal sized family without having to get two rooms.
