Landscaping is well kept and the Marina view is great. The location is 1 1/2 miles from downtown we walked but everyone else drove or took the hotel shuttle which is $6/ person per day. We were down for the Food & Wine Festival and enjoyed our stay. However make sure you have transportation to food and shopping. We used the shuttle and taxis since parking in town can be a challenge. In fact we even walked back once! All in all a fine time!
