We were delighted with our stay at Woody Hill. Our room and bathroom were clean, beds comfortable and breakfast delicious. Ellen, the proprietor, was charming, friendly and welcoming. In spite of a very cold rainy weekend we were warm and cozy. Would definitely return!

Truly enjoyed a relaxing evening hosted by Ellen & her feline sidekick Jenny. We had a beautiful sunset view from the balcony, & when it got chilly Ellen was kind enough to set a beautiful fire with wood from her property in the sitting room. Perfect amount of privacy & companionship. Thanks for a wonderful impromptu stay!

This is a beautiful historic home located in a quiet wooded area on several acres. The pool is just wonderful, as it was very hot each day, we thoroughly enjoyed cooling off. Our family met up at Woody Hill for an overnight and a hearth cooking lesson. The dinner was excellent. Easy lessons that were interesting and produced a great meal.
