Some of the reviews trashed this place. I had no issues with it. Sure, it's out of the way and short on frills. There's no breakfast and I never could connect with their wifi. But the room was clean, even the bathroom. The bed was firm and comfortable. No coffee maker, but there was a fridge. I would have no... More

I attend a music festival in Charlestown for Labor Day weekend, and I have stayed in several hotels in the area over the years. Most are run down and expensive, and don't even offer a cup of coffee in the morning. While this place looks a little dumpy from the outside, our room was clean and pleasant, with a recent... More

They listed a visitor policy stating guests are allowed until 7pm and then kicked our guests out as soon as they arrived! The owners were spying on us from the moment we walked in and we weren't able to rest. It was very uncomfortable, the hotel was dirty and the owners were extremely rude. It was not worth the money.... More

Booked through Expedia. Included the two teenagers in our booking, only to find we needed to pay an additional $25.00 per child when we arrived. Owner refused to back down for quite some time and then eventually agreed to a total of $25.00 extra for the two children. We were too exhausted to argue further. I can't even begin to... More

My title can be deceiving so don't jump to any conclusions too quickly. The surprize had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is nothing to write home about and it really isn't a hotel. It is more like a motel. It is a good place if you have no other options and are willing to pay $125 a... More

My friends and I decided to stay here because it was cheap and it said it was close to the beach. This was by far the nastiest place I have ever stayed at. There were bugs all over and it smelled horrible. My biggest complaint is the owners. They are beyond RUDE. We had a few friends come up to... More

Stayed here for one night during the 4th of July holiday, we just drove down to Misquamicut without any reservations and knew we were going to stay in a cheap hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, the stench hit me- MOLD. It was really overpowering. I'm sure it came from several different sources, but one source for... More

We stayed here because we thought it was cheap and only a couple miles from the beach. The workers were so rude when we first arrived, the rooms were gross, there was beetles crawling all over, it smelled awful, and there was no bathtub. Also friends came to the beach to visit so we had them back to the motel... More

Booked a room online for a one night stay. I have a medical condition that is magnified by the presence of mold. As soon as I walked into our room, my condition worsened. I am allergic to mold. Seems they just painted over it instead of treating it. Management refused to return my $120. Poor business ethics. Do yourself a... More
